Sweet and Savoury Canapés with Nairn's

Sweet
Hazelnut spread
Blueberries
A few sprigs of mint
Handful of hazelnuts
PREP 5 mins
Savoury
Cream cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Basil
Black pepper
Olive oil (to drizzle)
Hazelnut, Blueberry and Mint Oatcakes (vegan)
Method
Toast up a handful hazelnuts for a few minutes on a medium heat
Chop hazelnuts
Pick off the mint leaves from the stems
Scoop out a heaped tea spoon of hazelnut spread from the pot and spread liberally onto each oatcake
Top with blueberries, mint leaves and a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts
Cherry Tomato, Cream Cheese, Basil & Cracked Black Pepper Oatcakes
Method
Scoop out a heaped tea spoon of cream cheese and spread liberally onto each oatcake
Chop cherry tomatoes and sprinkle onto oatcakes
Chop basil and sprinkle onto oatcakes
Crack black pepper on top of oatcakes and drizzle with olive oil
And voila! Sweet and savoury canapés ready in 15 minutes.
